Synopsis

Twenty years after former Dutch cycling talent Simon van Beneden crashed in a junior race he returns to the scene of the accident. He is back in the French Vosges to accompany and guide three amateur cyclists over the steepest mountaintops. Alongside the tragic history of Simon van Beneden the film shows his final effort to make an entrance in his beloved world of cycling. As a soigneur this time.
